Dr. Arvanitis has two degrees from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He received his BSc. in Microbiology and Immunology, and then obtained his dental degree in 1996. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Arvanitis completed a general practice residency program at the Montreal Children’s Hospital where he focused on general dentistry and orthodontics.
Dr. Arvanitis has been a licensed dentist here in Arizona since 2000. He is actively involved with the Central Arizona Dental Society, the Arizona Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. Dr. Arvanitis left a large practice with the goal of creating an office to treat his patients the way he would want to be treated. This gave rise to a smaller office which allows him to provide his patients with a more personal level of attention and care.
“This is an exciting time in dentistry,” says Dr. Arvanitis. “The level of preventive care we can provide has never been better. Our primary responsibility is to educate our patients as to how they can achieve and maintain excellent oral health. This reduces the potential for oral problems, which reduces the need for dental treatment. Should there be a need or desire, the services we offer are more comfortable and dependable than ever. This allows us to help our patients achieve a smile that looks great, feels great, and lasts a long time. If you think you would like a relaxed, unhurried atmosphere where we really take time to know you and your needs, we would appreciate the chance to serve you.”
Dr. Arvanitis is committed to continuing education and is consistently updating his knowledge in all aspects of dentistry.
